According to article 3e of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the consumer can withdraw from his purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
in this case the amount paid by the customer for the purchase and any shipping costs will be refunded via bank no later than 14 days from the day the company is informed at info@vs-vaso.gr or receives a written letter from the customer and provided that the following applies:
